Meg Foreman AS Main task

My initial response to the task is that I think that it will be better than the preliminary as we have had practice. I am excited to do my first piece that will actually count.

 The task is to create the titles and opening of a new thriller fiction film, to last a maximum of two minutes. All video and audio material must be original produced by you , with the exception of music or audio-effects from a copyright-free source.

http://megforemanaspreliminary.blogspot.co.uk In this preliminary task we did a continuity task involving filming and editing a character opening a door , crossing a room and sitting down on a chair opposite another character. We had to  demonstrate match on action, shot reverse shot and the 180 degree rule. I did the preliminary task so that I was prepared for the main task. It allowed me to learn some basic key techniques that I may well go on to use in my main task. It also gave me room to make mistakes.
